Spent most of the day catch up with work but did take Monty on a well-deserved walk at lunchtime. It's not exactly the warmest May so far but I took my book out and sat on the new bench for half an hour (very comfortable - will be very difficult not to snooze on it). I had a dog underneath and a cat on top and the robins clearly have a nest nearby as they spent the whole time shouting at me about the cat.
In other good news - I've potted on some plants and it's been a very satisfactory week on the governor front.
I can just imagine you out there in the garden reading a book but with camera ready! Great mid song robin......so lovely singing in his tree. Imam reading The State We're In by Adele Park.......hard to read on the kindle I keep getting completely muddled up but it's a good story.
One of the best of a Robinshot! Is his name Christopher? I like the sound of your garden chair - my garden room is going to ruin and I'm afraid I have to give up on it. Panes breaking (all by themselves), roof leaking - my books in the bookcase have swollen!
