I should have got to Bourn half an hour earlier for a walk because as I drove through the countryside the sun was just burning off a very pretty hanging mist. Another very poor night's sleep for me as I keep waking up with a back ache on one side of my ribs and/or a pain in my ribs at the front. I've also acquired a bumpy rash and am hoping I'm not getting shingles - I think I feel too well for that though!

I slept badly again last night too but I do t seem to feel tired in the morning so it's just a long night! Hope you feel much better in the morning, too much on your mind I think! Been a busy few weeks for you all. At least you stirred yourself outside, I've been very lazy! I blame that hill I have to negotiate to walk anywhere! Lovey horse picture!
If there is even the slight possibility of shingles - get off to the Doctor quick - they have something that given at the beginning of the condition will almost fix it!
