It's a bit early in the day to be posting a filler but I've been to swimming lesson today (not conducive to photos) and I'm off to the chiropractor to get my foot looked at very soon. I suppose I should photograph my foot - maybe I will. Meanwhile a Trinity porter from yesterday and I'm rubbish at breast stroke....
Like the profile, the silhouette of the little tree against that textured stone wall! And life must take precedence over photography every now and then!
@maggiemae I was miles away! @suesmith It's the end of the Wren library and the stone is from Rutland. It glows quite pink in the evenings. Completed in 1695.
I must get out more Judith! I can tell your photos a mile off, I have no interesting or arty photos under my belt at all. I am fed up with my diary shots, must get out on a proper photo day with no food shopping on the same trip!
Super shot. I do love the Cambridge porters! Such characters to be found among them. This is great against the creamy stone. Hope the chiropractor was helpful for the foot. PS I am rubbish at breast stroke too. I tend to do breast stroke arms and front crawl legs......oops......
I love this image! Awesome composition and scale. Well spotted and executed, Judith!
I much prefer the graceful breaststroke to the butterfly...the butterfly always seems like too much effort, flailing, and needless energy expended. :)
