Yes you will be thrilled to be able to go in there again Judith. Jack recently visited Cambridge for the first time & loved it! His friend sings in one of the choirs plus he pretended to be a future student…he looks very young for his age… so was able to look round quite a few of the different collages. .

@happypat I think the colleges never meant to keep young folk out - it was the big groups that were causing issues but then I suppose £££ got involved!
@maggiemae oh it shouldn’t be money that puts him off Cambridge- the accommodation works out less expensive than other universities because it’s owned by the colleges not commercial entities and they have all sorts of bursaries and financial assistance available especially the grander colleges who’ve had a lot of donations from alumnae. Food also subsidised- they look posh and like a bit of fanfare but the actual people are down to earth.
