It's a been a grotty day weather wise. This young collared dove let me get very close and waited patiently while I rummaged around and found my P&S. He was at the garden centre sitting hopefully by the outdoor tables at the coffee shop - sopping wet tables -tougher times are coming! Many thanks for your lovely comments on my holiday pics. I'm still trying to catch up with everyone's posts but we are out later at my neighbour's party - tell-tale signs of the production of enormous amounts of delicious Thai food have been drifting over the fence all afternoon ......mmmm!
