Dropped Adam at another 'hard' exam (be nice to have a good one before we get halfway through!) and took Monty around Lammas Land where the cowparsley is at its magnificent best. Spring seems to have slipped out of our fingers again...
Three good things:
1. I've painted quite a bit of Rachel's room (where the book case used to be) and the new paint matches.
2. I've got the green paint out of my pink jeans after I sat on the lid of the paint pot for about 20 min without realising.
3. We got back from our walk before the rain got too hard (though I was wiping rain drops off the lens for this one.)
Well done Judith a perfectly composed shot...how much did you pay the cow!! Love that soft feathery parsley with that solid cow!! Fave !! Off to Cathy's now to get a sore toe sorted so will hear how exams in their house have gone so far!!
Oh I love this, so clever that you focused on the cow parsley and not the cow, very effective, instant fav. Harry had Biology and PE today, now he has 6 days before the next tranche!!
@jo13 Blimey they drag on - Adam is doing iGCSE (no modules done already so nothing in the bag :0( ) so they're on a different schedule - mostly nicely spaced then 3 biggies next Monday followed by maths on Tuesday morning and then a 13 day gap before they do the next lot. Weird!
Good luck Adam. Was just going to say it wasn't that long ago I was sitting my GCSEs and then thought about it and realised it was 20 years ago. 20 YEARS! oh my GOD.
I love the cow;s gentle face. I remember the Cambridge cows and being intimidated by them. In fact, if I remember correctly, a woman was killed by one the summer I was there. She did something to antagonize them.
Glad you got the paint out. :)
Good luck Adam. Was just going to say it wasn't that long ago I was sitting my GCSEs and then thought about it and realised it was 20 years ago. 20 YEARS! oh my GOD.
