Well the day started early with another woof fest at 4.30am. It followed on from complete meltdown at 10pm when Monty spotted our older cat, who lives next door, in our utility room. She was hissing and spitting and he was jumping up and going completely mental. She was in the garden at 4.30 so I'm pretty sure she woke him up coming in for some food. I wish they'd keep her in at night - they always seem to have lights on but I'd like a full night's sleep.
Anyway the day brightened considerably with a rendez vue with Molly (@dolphin) and Lucy (@lucypics) - after we were awash with coffee and chat we had a quick wander through Pembroke where the hellebores are out.
Three GT:
1. Meeting in the same cafe that I met @jannaellen - I feel it's a must visit 365 destination now.
2. A good cycle ride in and out of town in the absence of decent dog walks.
3. I have rebooted my glacial computer - the start up disc is full so I deleted loads of photos but I'd forgotten to empty the trash - seems to be better now.
This is fabulous Judith, turned out beautifully (weather and hellebores). So good to see you, as always it is always nice being in Cambridge with you x. Fav
Very delicate touch with the light on these lovely flowers! Put a notice on the door saying "Next door neighbour's cats will be shot on sight"? Or maybe 'barked' on sight!
Love the contrast of the green on black here! You went to that German café? I still tell my friends how yummy it was there ;). It felt weird to be so close to you and not to be able to swing by Cambridge. I really hope our next visit to England will be soon - or maybe you fancy a trip to Frankfurt ;)? Hopefully you'll get a better night's sleep tonight - this sounds worse than with an infant...
