Another hot morning so I got a few jobs done before taking Monty out on his walk. We got alongside Rebecca's house where Monty always stops and looks longingly for Gloria and they miraculously appeared! So we both had company and very nice it was too. Luckily we got home before the (welcome) rain started - the drops were the size of 50p pieces.
Three GT:
1. Clean sheets.
2. A daughter who can knock up the dinner when I'm busy.
3. The landlord of The Fort St George pub who eventually capitulated to my request to use his facilities yesterday when I (somewhat unnecessarily) pointed out that I'm a middle aged woman.
@jewelsandbinoculars Oh she always gets the most admiration when we go on walks (if we chose the right areas - as Rebecca would agree - NOT the muesli-belt areas!!) - Monty has to muscle his way in to get any sort of fuss for himself. Of course when we head out Granchester way it's all about the spaniel gundog!
