I've been using this website this year. You log your food and exercise each day. You also can make friends on here and encourage one another.

It's really been working for me. Yes I went over 79 calories today, but I'm doing so much better. My first day, I was over a 1,000 calories over. Now I'm usually just a little over and a couple of times under.
I've lost 2 lbs already and will weigh in on Saturday again.
Great photo, Julie! Sounds like you're doing great. And meeting new friends is a bonus. Trouble with me is that I KNOW what to eat and I KNOW that I should exercise. The eating part is easy . . it's the exercising that I need to increase. Time just gets away, or the weathers too hot or too cold, etc. Getting out to take pics helps. :)
Congrats on your weight loss! I should check out this site. Maybe we can encourage each other! I have lots of weight to lose, but am starting by trying to lose 10 lbs. by Valentine's Day. I am 3 lbs. down so I have 7 to go.
I always "knew" exactly what I wasn't supposed to eat, but for some reason tracking it really helps me to resist, when I didn't before. And I've definitely been exercising more. I've been trying to do it on my own for so long and had no success. @karenann@deniseinindy@2012projectth
