Having our 1st Christmas Dinners with the family tonight, so have made one of my yummy Rolled Pavlova's, all trimmed up with Summer Berries, Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and finished of with chocolate curls... 4 year old Grand daughter helped... Lucky for Jen I remembered that she was allergic to kiwi fruit just before I put them on...

you could get it on google, very similar to regular pav though made In a swiss roll tin, and rolled like a chocolate log..
@happypat here's my recipe for Pavlova Roll
Beat stiff 3 egg whites
Add 2tbsp warm water
Beat in 1 cup sugar
Gradually beat in 3 tsp Cornflour, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Line oblong tin with tinfoil, brush with oil, dust with Cornflour, add in mixture and spread
Combine coconut and brown sugar and put on top of mixture
Cook for 15 mins approx at 160 degrees
Turn out when cooked and spread with whipped cream and fruit of choice (strawberries)
Roll and serve sliced - enjoy
