Waikato river Delta

Went for a little drive this afternoon to our Forest just down the road and the access into it has be changed and you get a completely different Pov of the river.. This is the Delta of the Waikato River which is New Zealand longest River..

Lovely expanse of water with the clouds reflected in it. The land seems small and flat in comparison.

@kwind @ourrube @888rachel Thank you for your comments.. This would be the widest part of the river and the golden land is actually little islands It is a Duck Shooters paradise here and would be getting very busy in a couple of weeks.,.

@kiwinanna Yes I will go back at Duck shooting time as quite safe here as the forground is a sanctuary so I suspect there will be a lot of ducks sitting there laughing..
