This afternoon our Camera Club group that are doing a camera course had a field trip and went down to the coast to get some afternoon shot's .. It was a very busy day and lots of action around .. considering how cold it was... There were a lot of motor bikes going up and down and trying tricks and skids.. well one came to grief and as access is a bit tricky and they did not want to move him too much.. the rescue Helicopter was called.. The local volunteer Fire Brigade were the first response and the fire engine can be seen in this shot.. these guys do a great job and have to be prepared for all situations... Hope the bike rider heals quickly...
Our mission for the course was to walk the beach and find a story .. somehow I think we may all have the same story...
A good image of the action - pretty unfortunate for the guy being injured as it must have been about 50 minutes before he was rescued - luckily the helicopter would have got him to the hospital in quick time.
