This is a shot I took when I was down at the beach the other afternoon just prior to Cyclone Gita,... We in the North of the North Island did not get much more than wind and a bit of rain... Poor people in the South have not got off so lightly and many are still without power or cut off altogther and poor @graemestevens has to drink wine because of dodgy water....
Lovely minimalistic shot. Good to hear you escaped any serious effects of that system. Poor old Christchurch copped it again. My heart goes out to @graemestevens, now he's moving it's probably water in the shower.
