Kingfishers

Another shot from my early morning down at the River .. These two Kingfishers seem to be waiting for the sun to warm them up .. They were joined just after this by a 3rd but I missed that shot..

You were so lucky to catch these two in this early morning blue light! I wouldn't have been able to tell you if you had kingfishers in NZ! The fave!

@happypat they are really hard to capture Pat .. so pleased with this shot.. they seem to be a different colour to the UK variety..

@julzmaioro I thought it was the light that didn't show the full colour, perhaps not as bright as ours then.
