Koru.... New Zealand Silver Fern..

It's been a while since I have taken a shot of a Koru ( young fern frond) but this was a lovely one I came across yesterday and I was pleased how the fern formed the bokeh in the background ..

That top of the unfolding fern is so circular! How does nature do that! It looks like it might be a grandstand of brown rushes, but its going to be so beautifully green!
