When we flew to Pitt Island we were met by Brent from Flower Pot Lodge and he took us for a tour around the Island in a 4WD van.. so got to some 'out of the way' places.. This is the very windswept Sandstone cliffs on the west side of the Island .. initially I thought someone had gone to the trouble to make a sculpture on one of the cliffs ... but no Mother Nature had done this piece of artwork .. Named 'The Lovers'..
