The Vulcan's Hatching..

I got a txt from my Sister this morning saying 'The Vulcan is Hatching' If any one else read this they may think it was code for something.. But Vulcan is the name of a very early flowering Magnolia and a couple of years ago I was visiting with my Grandaughters and one of them said..' Aunty Robyn your tree is hatching.'.. so it has kind of stuck and we have a laugh about it every year.. It is in the very early stages and I will go back and get it again in full flower.. Love them at the hairy bud stage..
