A few more shots from the ANZAC service yesterday.. The cenotaph is situated on a corner just as you come into town and the last few years the gardens have been very well looked after.. The Lest We Forget arch has just been made for the day and I guess it will be put away till next year. .. There were representatives from several organizations that laid wreathes in remembrance.. The image in the left hand lower corner was taken by my GD Abby,, she did a great job..
A lovely tribute to Anzac Day. I like the Scotsman in the central image, of course. An interesting knife he is carrying! That must have some significance, I imagine.
