Pacific Oysters
These are the reasons why you don't go without shoes on a lot of our beaches.. these oysters have a very sharp shell and can cause a nasty cut..

Thank you for your comments.. yes you can eat them .. though the ones I came across were all empty, Don't think they get as big as our famous Bluff oysters... Not a shell fish I eat..
