While mowing the lawn today I noticed my Honesty plant with the remains of the seed cases left on the plants.. they are such delicate and papery and look lovely with the light coming through them...
I,love honesty but haven't seen it for a long time. I know it's a biennial plant so not easy to wait two years for these lovely discs. An old aunts house when I was a child had loads of these plants in her garden. Big Fave for this delicate photo Julz.
@happypat@onewing It is a very tough plant and I don't even know where it came from I can not remember ever planting it but it pop up all over the place .. such a pretty flower in the summer and then have this right up to winter..
