My aunt and my little cousin girls (4 and 1 y/o) were here, and I got a mug (seen on the picture), a book and an iPlunge, a little "toilet plunge" I think you call it so) which you can fix behind your smartphone and then it holds it so you can watch movies etc. (I know I can't explain things in foreign languages!)
I'm really satisfied with that photo - although it's a bit crooked, but it's the only one where I got such a pretty bokeh! :)
Just an advice for getting more blurred background or bokeh:
* open aperture wide open (widest as possible)
* use end of focal length
Setting for that are f/5.9 and 104mm I think. And then go to subject near as possible and very important, the difference between your subject and background have to be far. If you knew these things, then my apologies. :-) Otherwise you can experiment with this. And nice camera. :D
@wayoflife Thanks :)
And thanks for the advice, think I read it once but I didn't have it in mind :)
What's up with my camera? It's just a camera? :D but thanks :D
@justaspark No its not just a camera, it's a Sony. ;-) And in real images, I often forget so many thinks I learned and had in mind before taking the photos. Afterwards I think "man, you know it better". Happy shooting and merry xmas.
I see Danbo couldn't resist peeking out of the mug! LOL That's a nice composition, Jule.
I just Googled the iPlunge. You know, that really does look like a miniature toilet plunger! LOL The word I was thinking of from your description was "suction cup" but after seeing it, I think you got it right yourself!
@kannafoot Haha I just imagined an American (or just any non-native speaker) saying that, LOL. But I think Toilettensauger makes sense! I can say that pretty good hehe :D
I would've called it "Klopömpel" or so which makes no sense at all :( :DD
Love the Danbo. Nice bokeh. I am following so I can watch his adventures. I have a Danbo too so like to see what others do with theirs. Merry Christmas.

Yeah, same!
And happy shooting and merry xmas to you too :)

Haha, I don't even know what this "toilet plunger" is called in German LOL
