Today my parents attended the funeral of a woman that was my grandma's best friend, my mum's best friend's mother and the grandma of a good friend of mine, so we knew her about several generations. I had only met her like 4-5 times though.. She was 80 years old and sadly had lung cancer for a long time.
I did not attend the funeral due to personal reasons but I decided to wear a black ribbon and to dedicate today's photo to her. I'm thinking of keeping the ribbon on a bit longer for all the victims of the latest plane crashes this week or maybe just leaving it on for how long I want - I mean every day there are loved people somewhere in the world that die and sad relatives right?
