Hong Kong's night lights are truly amazing. But such amazing views means unbelievable crowds. I was too short to see over most of the people trying to take photos, but I eventually made my way to the front of the pack after awhile and held my place for a few minutes before being jostled out of it. The funicular ride back down into the city was incredibly steep, as was the long line to wait to get on it.
Look at that, we're partners for Get Pushed 74. I was thinking for your challenge this week, you could try to take some pictures of temperature. The only rule is you can't actually take a picture of a thermometer. The subject/s of the shot should be able to tell you the temperature without actually giving you a number. Does that make sense?
So I'm just seeing this (sorry, it's been a crazy time--when is it not), but I Know that with a tripod this would be even more spectacular, but heck, this is spectacular! Thanks for bringing it to me. Some day, I truly hope we can travel together in some way--just amazing. :) Fav.
@stephomy -- How fun that we are partners for get pushed! As you can tell, I'm VERY BEHIND posting, but with over a thousand photos to consider in catching up from my trip to China these past few weeks. Thanks for the challenge -- and I'll post yours later today. (I just got back last night.)
