Do you know how dark it is inside a smoking room at the fish shop? Super dark. It took multiple attempts before I finally hit a setting that captured the smoking fish. Taken at John Cross Fishery in Charlevoix where Taffy gets the best smoked white fish, smoked salmon, etc.
What a GREAT capture!!!! Did you send it to them as well? Probably means sending the old fashioned way -- printing and mailing so they can add it to their bulletin board. Just had salmon salad for lunch...BTW.
