OK, so it turns out that @Taffy and I were working on processing the EXACT same image (after all, we were standing next to each other when we took them) so I decided to post one taken a little later after the golden glow had become subdued by the change in the sky. My daughter made the cropping suggestion to carry the eye into and across the scene. Otherwise, nearly SOOC -- only raised the "white luminescence" to brighten the dark evening a bit.
