Greater Malvern

The Worcester discussion yielded several good suggestions, and a trip to Malvern Hills was recommended by David H. @hasselhotch

He says, "The hills were the inspiration for Tolkien's misty mountains in the hobbit and whilst they may not exactly be mountainous you can see 12 English counties from the top on a clear day!"

Here, you see the town of Greater Malvern. I loved seeing the sheep, cows, and the landscape as well as the 360 panorama views!
Thanks to all for participating in my discussion! I took a lot of photos, and I'm trying to figure out how to stitch the panorama series I took. Will post when I figure it out.

@jyokota - someone told me about microsoft ICE program which is supposed to be free. you just import your jpeg images and the program lines it up for you. you need to know though if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit windows. you might want to look that up. if i can find the link i'll post it here. awesome image, by the way.

Hi Junko I'm so glad you had a good time and that the weather held out for you, you got some wonderful shots. I'm looking forward to seeing the panorama shot. You were very fortunate to see the cathedral without the furniture, what a beautiful image you captured of it with so much detail.

A wonderful view. It seems so very English. I really enjoy the Tolkien reference, too.
