Beijing Art Zone 798: Decommissioned Military Factories

For over 50 years, this Russian military factory has not been in use as its original function, and instead houses an arts community throughout this expansive complex. I chose this particular image to post for its juxtaposition of past and present.
Cool stuff!

A true example of the juxtaposition of past and present. I think the knowledge you provided elevate this beyond typical street murals.

The expression on the rocket man is rather disturbing -- evil or funny, could go either way.

This is a very cool image. I agree with @taffy... the expression on that rocket man's face (Russian, maybe) doesn't bode well for China. The colors and image really pop. I enjoy the juxtaposition of time, too.
