Ryoji Ikeda "Supersymmetry" at MONA

The boat trip to MONA was like taking a trip into a world you couldn't have imagined before being there. On the way, you can ride a sheep. The scenery around you looks fairly typical city river bank -- but once you arrive at MONA and enter the museum, you enter a world of surprises.

This is an installation of sound art by Ryoji Ikeda, and I found it fascinating. It drew my attention and held it while making a range of sounds, flashing, beeping, and continuously moving.

Is it bad form to say this brings to mind a set of teeth? Very nice teeth I may add. Interesting pics.

Looks like something from outer space. Must've been quite a sight.

@joansmor thanks! I was fascinated taking it. I took a lot.
@helenm2016 -- you make me laugh!
@golftragic -- it felt like I was in outer space. Loved this exhibit.
@joysabin -- I can feel the spinning, too! But I also wondered if I could wear it as a bracelet when I finished processing the image.

@jyokota I'll bet, love to see it 'in the flesh', as it were.
