The View from My Window

After that long driveway and entering the grand building, I was shown to my room, which was utterly fabulous. The window was waaaay up high so I had to walk up these little stairs to open the window in the morning -- and this is the view that greeted me. The kitchen garden with the "lemon house" (where they protect all the lemon trees in the winter months) in the background. Fog from the mountains just lifting.
