I don't understand how one figures these things out but I got this cookbook where you put all the things in the pot at the same time and 15 minutes later, voila! Dinner.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond -- It's a UK book. One Pot Vegetarian: Easy Veggie Meals in Just One Pot! by Sabrina Fauna-Role
Recipes are super easy. The only downfall is that it tends to be a little on the bland side but it's easy to add some additional spices.
@onewing@gosia@lyndamcg@30pics4jackiesdiamond@bizziebeeme@aikiuser@casablanca -- I just looked and I've made 45 of the recipes from this one. book that I've only had since last September. It's the cookbook I used the most now. I'm in a cookbook club of sorts with two of my husband's former students and we post photos of our attempts, give feedback for recommended changes to recipes, etc. I gave a copy to @taffy for her to try, too.
This looks wonderful. I know you had commented you were tired of your cooking but it sounds like you are really making the best of it. Here I have friends who order full uncooked meals, the ingredients arrive with the recipe and you prepare the meal. I believe the site is called Blue Apron, they rave about how fresh and nice the produce is. It might be nice for something different for you.
