Bier and Weißwurst for Bavarian Breakfast

A typical Bavarian breakfast: white sausage, pretzel, radishes, and beer, of course! Invited to a lovely home garden.

Note to self: take the hood off if you aren't going to even bother to make sure it's straight (thus not showing)

Bavarian cuisine is not my favourite - I find it a little bit heavy. And I definitely don't want beer for breakfast! But maybe I'm too traditional.

@joansmor -- doesn't look like breakfast in many parts of the world but I love trying local foods, and this particular sausage is only served traditionally in the morning because it's so delicate and light that it doesn't "keep" so must be consumed as soon as it is prepared.
@julieco -- see that sweet mustard at the far end of the plate? Yum.
@joemuli -- yes, the Bavarians wouldn't consider this breakfast complete without the bier.
@dh -- it was actually served at noon, but this particular sausage is not heavy like most Bavarian pork dishes. It's a very light sausage, and the concept even defies typical notions of sausage.
