Val

Val is Stanley's wife of nearly 70 years, at 91 she still does home help for others, but she has recently been told she shouldn't be cleaning the windows! She is always ready with tea and biscuits when we visit, she likes her tea very strong!

What an amazing lady. I love that she is still doing home help for others. I know a lady who is 92 and she is an aerobics instructor at a rest home!
