gosh. my mother used to have a white one of those. it had those indicator flippers that popped out of the sides and they used to get stuck so we had to bang from inside to make them work! it's rather excellent with the red :)
So sorry I did not get the six word story started any earlier. I was holding off for a bit but that bit got extended when my mom had a heart attack and I flew home in an emergency,
It is now up and running with a festive theme!

Yes -she is now out of the hospital and we are staying with my sister so we can keep an eye on her for a week or two before letting her go back on her own.
@farmreporter my Aunt had a heart attack last year and after surgery went on a European holiday a few months ago, amazing what modern mediicine can do!
