@shannejw I used this method of black and white conversion first up, using a hue/saturation layer set to luminance blending mode which is pretty simple https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCagifgeNuw&t=220s

Great opportunity to learn Italian and how tasty!

Great present and it's a challenge, learning Italian (I had a go working with a student with language needs, problem was he spoke Sicilian). This works - did you enjoy having more control over your black and white conversion?

@shannejw it may not have been the most interesting image to try it on, so i will look into it further during the week.

delightful how 365-ers make connections! my 82-year-old mother is currently in puglia spending a week improving her italian language and cooking skills :)

How awesome! It’s easy tho - you take the pizza out of the box, then put the pizza in the oven (turn oven on first)

@craigwantsnack ah ok, book must be pretty long-winded lol
February 4th, 2019

Google translate is my best friend !
I have also an app on my iPhone called "translate photo +" : you take a photo and the translation follows in 10 seconds...I use it almost every day.. (I live in Switzerland and still didn't manage to speak a correct german !), but a lot of différents languages are available ... good luck and buon appetito !

@domenicododaro Is there no end to your talents?
February 11th, 2019
@yrhenwr Hahaha, thank you so much, but yes, there are so many limits! Only talent - as my wife use to say - is selling very well the little I have ;)
