The more I look at this the more I'm drawn to the slightly off horizon. That it's not perfectly level makes the scene seem more casual and intimate, less posed and structured and edited. It adds a pleasing depth of emotion... and this coming from someone who always attempts to get images at the "right" level. Your photo has made me think maybe I need to stop fretting about it...
This is a beautiful landscape at the end of the day. It resonates with my week of getting through Michael’s birthday and and all the memories that brings.
