I sleep alone

For get-pushed this week Simon asked me to do long exposures

I finally had a chance to try this technique inspired by these shots by German photographer Paul Schneggenburger
http://www.schneggenburger.at/concept.html

this is a total of 4 exposures that were 15 seconds
@siport I loved this challenge, thankyou

This is so gorgeous and so creative - I love the movement blur and also enjoyed the link. Huge FAV.... how did you manage 4 separate exposures? have you blended four images?
October 13th, 2013
@jocasta yes blended in photoshop, each half of the picture is two shots together, I just tossed and turned slowly so there are three or four faces in each shot. trying to blend more than two exposures together didn't work too well with my skills with layers.

Brilliant, wonderful movement & light
October 21st, 2013
@lindseying ;) will love to see your results, these are two exposures combined in photoshop, If I could do a longer exposure with my camera I wouldn't have had to do that, I just hung the camera up above the bed and rolled every few seconds! see the link above for Scheggenburger's work, he did them over several hours!
