I did it! bucket list shot for macro-march. I even photostacked 2 images. I had a very high iso as it was an overcast day, but noise reduction helped a lot. I'm happy .
Yeah! Cool capture! Love your cheery choice of flower too.fav

@jocasta I tweaked the colour a tad to bring out that bluish tone in the grays, it popped when I did that

March 30th, 2014
Really u did it..wonderful..fav for me..
March 30th, 2014
@raininmyshoes as long as it has a macro effect you could try it, but you would need to use glycerine on glass so you can have bigger blobs , instead of the tiny spiderweb I used :)
March 30th, 2014
@spanner basically you have two or more photos with small dof which have different adjacent parts in focus and photoshop or other software can merge them by picking out which parts of each image to keep. it looked ok in each shot, but one had the refraction in focus and the other more of the actual droplet in focus , subtle with only two exposures but it did enhance the picture .

@kali66 That sounds like wizardry to me. Nice processing skills.....I must learn more. Thanks for the explanation.
