Christmas is the time of year that a ham is sometimes part of the menu, This year i have a vegan and a vegetarian in the house so it might not be... but i saw this sign and thought... mmm ham!
I always enjoy my joint of ham from the butchers at Christmas. After all the cooking is done, and the guests are gone, and cold meats, cheeses and salads are on the menu for days and days. I'm liking the texture here.
