Oh my Kali, this is an amazing image! Of all of O’Keefe’s art that I’ve seen, I have not seen this piece. Thank you so much for participating in the challenge!

fantastic take on the artist challenge - I love O'Keefe and went to the exhibition of her work when it was on in London and hadn't seen anything like this.

Thank you for the Get Pushed challenge, which is interesting, possibly a bit more challenging on a compact, but I'll work on it. I need to think about what to set you.

Wow you did her proud! Did you hunt this down or just 'see' it?

(Guess what!! O'Keefe painted a red amaryllis and mine is about to bloom.I'm hoping it might hold on until 14th!!)

@shannejw that would have been great to see an O'keeffe exhibition! i didnt realise you only use a compact, but i hope it wont be too difficult to improvise,

@30pics4jackiesdiamond i happen to have a banana plant in my back yard, although the baby bananas never ripen in our climate. amaryllis are beautiful

I just don't think of bananas as plants, and with this I can see how the flowers become the fruit. Shame yours don't ripen, bet it's interesting to see them bud though??
