Today my kitty Hope had a skin cancer cut off her sweet little white nose. When she came home she was stumbling all over the place. Elvis our Great Dane was following her everywhere. I think she had all sorts of interesting vet smells on her. A few times I caught her just staring at nothing, swaying. Poor kitty. After my day yesterday I feel her pain. I feel a Mommy/Hope snuggle coming on tonight. Randy hates it when the cat sleeps all night on the bed but I think I can smuggle her under the covers!
I remember last time I bought Fletch home from the vets after he had been knocked out, So docile, it was the quietest he has ever been in the car. Hope shes back to normal soon and from now on she must remember to slip slop slap......
@myautofocuslife@danacarruthers@jackie8@triciaodonnell@groovygirlrn@pawar_ramesh@beachradish@tobi@pjonas@2schelsea Apologies for the bulk reply but Hope is not the only one feeling under the weather! Today she is bouncing around like nothing happened. I said to the vet that I wished I recovered from a general anaesthetic as quickly as she did!
It seems my photography will come in handy...when the vet heard that I had a good macro lens he requested that I take a macro of her nose once a month and email it to him so he can make sure it has not turned nasty. I told my husband that where I spend on camera equipment we will save on vet bills!
