I've said several times that you take the shot that presents itself. Clearly, I did not to set out today to take a photo of a pony and buggy! Heading out towards the Burrillville area for my planned shot, though, I passed through the Stoneybrook Apartments complex in North Providence and spotted a woman riding this buggy. I stopped for a bunch of photos and the manager of the complex asked me to take this shot in front of their leasing office. Oreo, the pony in the photo, was quite amenable at least so long as the supply of carrots held out. He's actually a sweetheart. Very friendly, loves people, loves being handled, and is great around kids. He's appeared at many a birthday party, so was not camera shy at all, nor was he the least bit skittish. I certainly couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab the shot.
I did a bare minimum amount of post processing again today. A photo pop filter was added in Topaz Adjust, followed by a slight - very slight - levels adjustment in PSE.
