Artwork Admiration

I went downcity for a bit of street photography today. True to form, the photo I decided to use was the last one taken in the session. Heading back to my car, I spotted these two tourists admiring the artwork along the waterfront. Well, she was admiring the artwork. He looked bored out of his mind and was eager to move on.

Post processing started with a neutral greyscale filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and boost white. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.

Here's the high res version in Smugmug: http://kannafoot.smugmug.com/Photo-Challenges/PAD2014/i-6sMTkTx/0/XL/2014%2003%2022_0040%20copy-XL.jpg

Great shot. It so often happens that way doesn't it - in my case it's usually as soon as a pack up my camera that the 'perfect shot' appears.
