Air Dry

I stopped at Bold Point Park on my way home from work. At first glance, I didn't see much of anything going on, but then I noticed this cormorant air drying his wings on some beams in the middle of the river. Neither the gull nor the other cormorant appear to be too impressed with his display, though.
Post processing started with a neutral filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
