Rhode Island Heritage Day Festival

The 37th Annual Rhode Island Heritage Day Festival was held, fittingly, at the Roger Williams National Memorial. The festival includes food from each of the ethnic groups that populate the state, couple with stage performances from each group throughout the day. The woman you see in today's photo is in the Swedish Heritage booth.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and boost white. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
