Hanging by the Statue

I went downcity at lunch today for a bit of street photography. The area around Kennedy Plaza is still an absolute mess, but the large statue at one end remains a popular hangout as you can see in this photo. I decided to take advantage of the interesting clouds and deep shadows to produce a high contrast photo. Hopefully the construction will be completed before winter since the bus stops are now too spread out to make it a convenient transportation hub once the weather turns nasty.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
