Washington Bridge at Night

I was not planning to take a night photo, today, however neither was I planning to be at work until after 7:30 PM. Some production problems overnight took care of that. So on my way home, I decided to swing by Bold Point for this photo of the Washington Bridge. There was just enough ripple in the water to give the brilliant light reflections a sparkle effect. I'll have to return to this spot at some point for an HDR composition.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
