I decided to replace the Scissor-Tailed Flycatcher I originally posted (was having a bad attitude about the weather) with these 24 turkey, since this is really what I'm seeing this time of year. By the way, there are about twice as many turkey in this scene than I was able to capture. Also, they began running with their tails behind the moment I stepped out of my car and crossed the highway to get a closer shot. Turkey can run up to 25 mph and fly up to 55 mph.
