Musk Thistle is a noxious weed that interferes with pasture or rangeland. But, it is beautiful when in full bloom. This was taken during the golden hour.
Oh, wow. They are so beautiful. I had one come up and growing in the raised bed back by the garage. My brother was appalled that I was letting it live while it bloomed. They are a scourge, but still they remind me of the Scottish side of my ancestry. Beautiful shot, Kareen.
