I have been shooting with a Canon 5D Mark II since December 2011, that was about the time that my son broke my Canon 40D, so it just made sense to upgrade. ;) I love my prime lenses, 15mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm. I also use the 24-70 mm quite a bit, as well as my 70-300mm.

I mostly take pictures of my children because I want to remember all these precious days that are going by so fast. Since I'm currently a stay at home Mom, my pictures really do reflect my life. It's full of laughter, drama, tears, hugs, and love. I am so lucky to have my two sweet children in my life, as well as a great husband who totally supports my photography and even encourages it - love that!

I took a picture every single day for the year 2010, 2011 and I'm on track with 2012. I've been terrible about editing and uploading, but I'll just do what I can this year to catch up. I want to complete each of my albums, sooo, better late than never! ;)

Lastly, I've lived in Texas my entire life and I'm married to a Canadian. Our dream is to live in Canada one day, maybe when the kids are older.
