I love Ralph Stanley and the Stanley Brothers too. I have a couple of his CDs. They don't make them like that any more. Love seeing this picture of him and grandson.

Great shot. I never really knew who Ralph Stanley was but my husband's band plays a song by Kasey Chambers called "If I Had a Pony." There's a line that say, If I had a baby I'd name it after Ralph Stanley. I've often wondered who he was, so thanks for posting this picture.
